Our Craft
The bespoke suit is the result of deliberate attention paid to every detail. That’s why it can take up to 60 hours to finish a bespoke suit.
Brief.
Initially, we engage in a conversation about your preferences, encompassing fabric, style, and your unique personality. This in-depth understanding allows us to provide tailored recommendations and ensure the delivery of the finest suit that aligns perfectly with your needs.
Measure.
Next, we meticulously record comprehensive measurements that encompass your posture and gait. This ensures that when your suit is complete, it harmoniously adapts to your every movement.
Design.
Utilising the measurements, we craft a distinctive paper pattern tailored precisely to your measurements—no templates involved.
Cut & Baste.
Using your bespoke pattern, we expertly cut the fabric and then proceed to meticulously hand-stitch all sections of the jacket together, an integral stage we refer to as the "baste" fitting. This is the point at which you are invited for a baste fitting session. This particular phase is exclusively carried out as part of the full bespoke option.
Adjust.
Following the initial baste fitting, the fabric panels are carefully undone and re-cut in accordance with the fitting. Simultaneously, your pattern undergoes re-cutting and additional refinements.
Perfect.
At this juncture, all elements converge once again, this time with heightened precision.
Construct.
At this stage, the full canvas construction is skillfully integrated. This integral component, crafted from horsehair, resides between the lining and the jacket cloth. It imparts structure to the jacket, enhancing the cloth's graceful drape on your physique
Final touches.
Your next fitting takes care of finishing touches and adjustments.
The definiton of bespoke.
This is the full bespoke tailoring process, but there are other elements that set it apart.
Every single detail is finished by hand by experienced craftsmen.
